Located near the beautiful backwaters of the river Denwa, Cheetal Resort offers panoramic view of the Satpura ranges. The retreat offers mesmerizing views dense forests, exotic wildlife, historic heritage, sprawling meadows, large backwaters

The Room
There are two variants to select from at the Cheetal Resort.

Super Deluxe AC Room is 125 sq.ft. in size, has two single beds and comes with a pool view

Super Deluxe Cottage is 224 sq.ft in size, has a double bed and comes with a jungle view and a sit-out area

The rooms can accommodate 2 adults and one child on an extra mattress, come with an attached washroom and are equipped with all essential and modern amenities

The entire place is frequently sanitized following all protocols to ensure maximum safety of all guests

Meals:

Buffet breakfast is included in the package

Lunch and dinner can be availed at an additional cost on an a-la-carte basis at the in-house restaurant

Nearest Airport: Bhopal Airport is located at a distance of 280 km from the resort and Indore airport is located at a distance of 300 km. Flights from major cities are available to reach Madhai.

Nearest Key Locations: Bhopal is the nearest key location at a distance of 280 Kms and Indore is the second key nearest city to the resort at a distance of 300 Kms.

Candlelight Dinner is for Couple only otherwise buffet dinner will be served to others.

The buffet starts at 07:30 AM and is available up to 10:30 AM in the morning and 07:30 PM to 10:30 PM in the evening.

For a hygienic stay, the staff daily clean the rooms and the common areas.

The sanitizer dispensers have been placed in all common areas such as front desk, receptions, and elevators.

Please note that a maximum of 2 non-resident visitors are allowed in the rooms before 2100 hours and post 2100 hours no outside visitors will be allowed in the rooms.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged as equal to the original price.

Meals are not served in the rooms. Guests are requested to take meals only at the restaurant.

There are dustbins everywhere to throw stuff as the place is very strict about cleanliness and travelers littering may be fined.

Plucking of flowers/fruits is strictly prohibited in-house or in the surrounding areas.

Cheetal Resort, Madhai: Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases operator will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 15 business days

Cheetal Resort, Madhai: Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
