About the Activity:

  • A different way of exploring the South Mumbai region by cycling is coming up to you now. An epic heritage ride to traverse through those historic pathways and roads invites those with a restless heart.
  • Still on either sides of the streets you can witness the brown-washed colonial structures. To relive the past, start cycling from Colaba towards the Gateway of India, exploring the remarkable heritage sites.
  • The ride starts at around 04:30 PM, will give you two hours of exhilarating ride and leading to end the event with the accompaniment of a beer by 06:30 PM.
  • The sights you are going to come across include the Gateway of India, Taj Hotel, Regal Cinema, Majestic Hotel Mumbai, Prince of Whales Museum, Elphinstone College & David Sassoon Library, Horniman Circle, St. Thomas Cathedral, Asiatic Society, New India Assurance building, CST, BMC headquarters, Flora Fountain, High Court, University of Bombay, Rajabai Clock Tower etc.

Itinerary

  • Day 1 -

    Around 04:30 PM, meet your team mates at Colaba Sweet Mart, Colaba.

    Proceed to pick your cycles (The early birds get the better cycles!).

    By 04:45 PM, you will get an introduction to the trip and important instructions will be given at that time.

    At sharp 04:30 PM, start the heritage ride.

    In the late evening, around 06:30 PM, finish the ride with the accompaniment of a beer or mock-tail.
