Itinerary

  • Day 1 - Cochin

    Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Marine Drive, St Francis Palace

    Once you arrive at Cochin, you will be greeted warmly and checked-in into a comfortable hotel. Also known as ‘Queen of Arabian Sea’, this charming city has a lot to offer when it comes to sightseeing attractions. The unique blend and aura of English, Holland and Portugal cultures will behold all your attentions! Within the latter half of the day, you can visit the Jewish Synagogue, Dutch Palace, Marine Drive, St Francis Palace and Chinese Fishing Net; overnight stay in Cochin.

  • Day 2 - Cochin to Munnar (125 kms, 4 hours by road)

    Valara Falls, Spice Plantation

    Post breakfast in the hotel, a pleasant drive accompanied by scenic views of waterfalls, colonial style bungalows, rivulets and spice plantations will take you to Munnar. The place has a cool and pleasant weather all the year round that will add an extra amusement to your holiday experiences. While on the way, you can also visit the Valara Falls and Spice Plantation. Arriving in Munnar, you will be checked-in at the hotel followed by leisure activities in the evening; overnight stay at the hotel.

  • Day 3 - Munnar

    Nursery Garden, Rajamalai Wildlife Sanctuary, Echo Point, Anaimudi Peak

    Today, you can explore almost all the corner of this nature’s paradise! After having breakfast in the hotel, you can visit the Madupetty Dam/Lake, followed by the exploration of Echo Point, Nursery Garden, Photo Point and Rajamalai Wildlife Sanctuary which is known for the Nilgiri Tahrs. Anaimudi Peak, the highest peak in South India will also be visited. Tea/Spice walking trail and Tata Tea Museum will conclude the way in the most rustic way; overnight stay in Munnar.

    In addition to all the fun and excitement, you can extend the gleefulness of the day with an extra cost and avail a reviving ayurvedic massage, jeep/night safari and Kathakali/Kayalipayatru Shows.

  • Day 4 - Munnar to Thekkady (85 kms, 2 hours by road)

    Spectacular Views, Boat Safari, Periyar Tiger Reserve, Exotic Wildlife

    After having breakfast in the hotel, you will be driven to Thekkady. Cossetted by cardamom hills, lush grasslands, evergreen capped mountains and spectacular waterfalls add to the beauty of this holiday destination. Upon arriving in Thekkady, check-in into the hotel, relax for a while and craft out the plans for the day. During the evening, a boat safari on the Periyar Lake will offer you some of the astounding views of the Periyar Tiger Reserve where you can check out wild animals in natural dwellings. Late evening, you will be visiting the spice plantation and market; overnight stay in the hotel.

    The optional activities that can be availed with an additional cost include ayurvedic massage, jungle patrolling and Kathakali/Kayalipayatru Shows.

  • Day 5 - Thekkady to Alleppey (139 kms, 4 hours by road)

    Houseboat, Backwater Cruise, Lakes, Canals, Paddy Fields

    Following the breakfast at the hotel, you will be transferred to Alleppey. Located on the Vembanadu Lake, this is one of the most enchanting villages that a tourist can explore in Kerala; the houseboat creating a magical combination with backwaters and palm trees makes it a truly rejuvenating environment! Once you arrive at the place, you will be checked-in into a luxurious and popular houseboat known as Kettuvallam. After lunch on board, cruise the tranquil backwaters and explore the canals, river, lakes and lagoons of the nearby areas. Paddy fields or the green goldmine of Kerala will also be visited; overnight stay at the houseboat follows.

  • Day 6 - Alleppey to Kovalam (159 kms, 3 hours by road)

    Early in the morning after the first meal of the day, you will be checked-out of houseboat and driven to Kovalam, one of the renowned beach towns in Kerala. The driveway, jotted with scenic views, spectacular sites and pristine ambience is worth watching and attracts numerous visitors every year. After arriving in Kovalam, check-in at the hotel and the rest of the day will be at leisure.

  • Day 7 - Kovalam

    Kovalam Beach, Padmanabha Swami Temple, Beach Activities

    The day starts with hot breakfast followed by a trip to the Padmanabha Swami Temple. After this visit, you can relax and revive yourself at the Kovalam Beach, one of the spectacular and highly appreciated beaches in the world. There is also an optional ayurvedic massage at an extra cost for those who want to pamper their senses. The overnight stay continues in kovalam.

  • Day 8 - Kovalam to Kanyakumari (82 kms, 2 hours by road)

    Padmanabhapuram Palace, Suceendram Temple, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Triveni Sangam

    Have breakfast early morning and then later travel to Kanyakumari, the Land’s End of India and the confluence point of Arabian Sea, Indian Ocean and Bay of Bengal. Before checking-in at the hotel, you can visit the Padmanabhapuram Palace and Suceendram Temple.  Once you freshen up at the hotel, visit Swami Vivekananda Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue and Triveni Sangamam. There is an overnight stay at a comfortable hotel in Kanyakumari.

  • Day 9 - Kanyakumari to Trivandrum (85 kms, 2 hours by road)

    With the completion of today’s breakfast, you will be transferred to Trivandrum. After your drop-off at the airport/railway station, though this endearing tour will come to an end, it will surely leave behind numerous lively and enchanting memories in your mind.
