First of all I would like to thank my brother and wife for forcing me and my wife to take a honeymoon tour of Singapore or Malaysia. After their lecture, we decided to choose one budget package and Singapore as the place. We have gone through a lot of websites before we came to find about Thrillophilia. We both loved the package so much and called the customer care team. We were connected with the local vendor and that person was also very approachable and friendly. Our guide was the one who made our trip so memorable. He was so funny and lovely. Always looked pleasant and cheered up. Singapore is beautiful. There are many important things to see. You should never miss the night view. It is incredible. Overall, it was a great honeymoon tour.

Singapore looked extremely gorgeous, especially from the Observation deck. Totally, it is a must visit place. You can easily go on a trip to Singapore without any hassle. We booked a tour of Singapore after one of my colleagues said about it. He visited the place and from his words it was very clear that I and my husband would love it. We have booked tours with Thrillophilia before too. But only domestic tours. So at the beginning, we were sceptical about booking an international package. I couldn’t surprise my wife for our first wedding anniversary by giving a better gift than this Singapore tour package. It was rather not a honeymoon tour though. We had enjoyed all 6 days in the best level possible. My wife seemed so happy. We have done a lot of activities too. The deck view of Singapore at Marina Bay was magical. I guess everyone who loves to travel should visit Singapore at least once in their lifetime. Such a pretty place you will easily fall in love with. Thank you.

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking
In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.
Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's thrillophilia wallet as Thrillcash.

If cancellation is made 15 days or more before the date of travel, 50.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made between 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel, 75.0% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellation is made within 7 days before the date of travel, total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
In the event of unforeseen weather conditions, union issues, government restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond human control, certain trips or activities may be cancelled. In such cases, alternate feasible options will be provided. However, a cash refund will not be available.
