Lunch package in Colombo lets you visit a local vegetable market and discover
the procedure of cooking an authentic Sri Lankan meal with the assistance of

markets on your feet to witness the market scenario of the location and
understand the composition of eatables such as fruits and vegetables in the

The package is
inclusive of Hotel pick-up and drop off and complete transportation on a
convenient Tuk Tuk in Colombo. You shall be provided with delicious Sri Lankan

Starting Point of the Activity: The tour activity begins with picking you
up from your Colombo hotel.
Timings: The
activity package will commence from 9 am in the morning.

09:00: You will be picked-up by a Tuk-tuk from your hotel in Colombo by your private tour guide and then moved to the starting point of the tour.
09:30: On arrival to the starting point, your experienced guide will brief you about the agenda.
09:45: You will be taken to a vegetable market to buy your own preference of vegetables and fruits. There you will be able to get a deep understanding how to pick vegetables; fruits; spices; other stuff. Also, your guide will give you traditional tips and ethics that you should follow when you are in a local market that you will not be able to find anywhere without experiencing. After buying the vegetables; fruits and all the stuff that need for your cooking session, you will be taken to a countryside house where you will be taught and experience how to cook an authentic Sri Lankan meal. During this cooking demonstration your very own chef will teach you the tips and tricks to make your food appetizing with a better aroma. Trying to cook different cuisines will be another lifetime experience during your journey in Sri Lanka.
12:00: At the end of the cooking lessons savour delicious authentic lunch basking in the glory as it’s almost your choices and what you cook you enjoy! Eat like a local; learn its own food beliefs, traditions, etiquette and manners.
13:00: After lunch, you will be taken back to your hotel or drop-off in your preferred location in Colombo.
