    1. How to redeem this voucher?

      Once the order is placed, you will receive an email detailing your order summary. We will then confirm your booking and you will receive a confirmation email containing your vouchers, which will also have detailed instructions on how to redeem it. The voucher can be redeemed by presenting a digital copy or hard copy. Please note that the vouchers are valid only at the date and time specified on them, and not before or after.

      Our operator will call you after the booking to confirm the pick-up time and location. When the driver arrives at the location, please show him a copy of the voucher to him to redeem it. Also, make sure that you reach the location ten minutes before the scheduled time to avoid any delays.

    2. How much time it will take to reach Bentota from Colombo?

      To reach from Colombo to Bentota by car, it will take you just two hours. There may be some delay in picking you up due to uncontrollable circumstances. The trip may also take longer than two hours if you travel during peak hours. In such cases, we request you to remain patient as we will try our best to get you to your destination on time.

      Yes, the driver is experienced and can converse in English comfortably too.

    4. How many people can travel in it at once?

      The journey from Colombo to Bentota by car will be conducted in vehicles like Toyota Axio, Prius Hybrid, Premio, Honda Fit Shuttle. A maximum of 3 people can sit in these cars. If you are travelling with a larger group, it is better that you book a mini-van like Toyota KDH or Nissan Caravan, both of which have enough space for 4-7 people to travel comfortably with 6 standard pieces of luggage.

      Please note that none of the vehicles come with a child seat or baby capsule. Such facilities will not be available even if you intimate us beforehand. You have to seat the baby in your lap.
