Since the island is a historic fishing village, you can sample a wide range of seafood, fish and marine products.
Cheung Chau Island has a temperate climate and for half of the year, the weather remains cool and pleasant. The warmest months of the year are July, August and September with August being the hottest. If you want to avoid the hot weather, it is best not to visit during these months.
