Itinerary

• Day 0 - Flight to Kuala Lumpur from Bangalore/Copenhagen

  Journey Begins

  Embark on the fun and excitement of this delightful tour with your arrival in Kuala Lumpur with a flight from Bangalore or Copenhagen.

• Day 1 - Flight from Kuala Lumpur to Siem Reap

  Old Market, Pub Street

  After your early morning arrival in Kuala Lumpur; at around 0600AM, take an afternoon flight to Siem Reap (Cambodia). Upon reaching Siem Reap, check-in into a hotel and unwind yourself. Upon relaxing for a while, collect respective mountain bikes (designated for each person throughout the tour) and take a tour of the Old Market and Pub Street, among the famous haunts in the city that exudes an old warm charm; overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 2 - Angkor Wat Complex Visit

  Angkor Wat complex, Ta Phrom temple

  After breakfast, cycle to the Angkor Wat complex for a 3-day pass to explore the area. Visit Ta Phrom temple, famous for being featured in the Lara Croft movie. Post these tours, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

• Day 3 - Journey to Bayon

  Angkor Wat temple, Apsara Dance Performance

  Wake up early to reach Angkor Wat at around 0530AM to witness the spectacular five stupas of the temple, which radiates against the rising sun.  After lunch and returning to the hote, the tour heads to Bayon. Visit the temple pub to witness Apsara dances perform.

• Day 4 - Visit Preah Khan

  Cultural Village, Preah Khan, Buddhist Temple

  After breakfast, embark on a journey to a nearby cultural village. Post lunch, visit the Preah Khan and then head to Angkor Wat to view the sunset. Make a visit to one of the killing fields by Pol Pot, which is presently a Buddhist temple that is dotted with human skulls and an interesting place to visit for people who enjoy history. In the evening, visit the Old Market or Pub Street to taste some local cuisine or just to explore the region more; overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 5 - Cycle Ride to Wat Thamey

  Wat Thamey, Cycling

  Cycle through the forest area which leads to Wat Thamey, a route which has cultural and historical significance. During the wartimes, this route was studded with landmines! This apart, one can also savour some authentic Khmer cuisine in the area.

• Day 6 - Treasure Hunt and Shopping Trip

  Treasure Hunt, Old Market, Shopping

  Following today’s breakfast, participate in a well organised treasure hunt around the city; use the hints and win goodies!  In the evening, ditch the cycles for some fun in Pub Street which is always bustling with activity.  

• Day 7 - Flight from Siem Reap to Kuala Lumpur

  Flight back to Kuala Lumpur, Tour Ends Here

  After breakfast, take a tuk-tuk ride to the airport for your flight back to Kuala Lumpur and mark the end of this delightful tour.
