The stay is located in a heavenly landscape facing the confluence of Shyok and Nubra rivers is the natural habitat for seabuckthorn, wildflowers and desert wildlife. The stay has been surrounded by poplar, willow, apricot and apple trees, along with vegetable gardens. It commands a 360-degree view of the Karakoram mountains, the sand dunes and the Nubra river. The stay has a large open deck facing the valley near the vegetable garden which is used as a lounge or for dining in fair weather. Further, the cottage is equipped with all modern amenities like a king-sized bed, modern furniture with 2 comfortable sofas and a table, a laptop-friendly study table, large tinted windows and a private patio/ deck with sitting area with impeccable views of nature around. The famous Diskit Monastery is just 30 km from the stay and is one of the Major Highlights of the site, Further one can choose to visit places like Panamik, camel ride in nearby sand dunes or can wish to take a trek to Old Fort Ruins at Sumur.
