The day ends with a visit to Changlimithang Stadium.
We will start driving to Punakha after breakfast.
Punakha is the town in the Himalayas of Bhutan and it was the capital of Bhutan till 1955.
En-route we would be visiting Dochula Pass, Punakha Dzong and Suspension Bridge.

We will be proceeding to Paro, after breakfast, on this day of your Bhutan tour package from Guwahati.
Paro snuggles in 155 temples and monasteries that date back to the 14th century.
Some of the majot attractions here are Paro Airport view, Drukgyel Dzong, Rinpung Dzong, Ta Dzong National Museum, Out View of Taktsang Monastery Tiger’s Nest and Kichu Lhakhang.

On day 6 we will be hiking to Paro Taktsang.
The legend has it that Guru Rinpoche was carried from Tibet to this location on the back of a tigress, thus giving it a name, Tiger's Nest.
It takes around 2.5 hours to reach a point from where one can enjoy a great view of the monastery.
After that, we would be visiting Paro Bazar.
Overnight stay at the hotel.
We would drive back to Phuntsholing on Day 7.
En-route we will visit Kharbandi Monastery.
After breakfast, get transferred to NJP /IXB Airport for home.

Yes, there is a direct flight from Guwahati to Paro. There are up to four flights a week for Paro from Guwahati. It takes about 50 minutes to reach Paro from Guwahati in a direct flight.
There are three ways to go, by air, by car, by train. Either you can take a direct flight from Guwahati to Bhutan or hire a cab. It takes about 13 hours to reach Bhutan in a car through valleys and hills. Getting down at Hasimara Railway station, if coming by train, Bhutan border is very near.
