Arrival in Cochin. After freshen-up, rest for first half of the day. Later in the evening, we will to visit the heritage temple proceed to the old forts built by Portuguese, ancient synagogue etc. (65kms). Evening walk through sea side. Overnight stay follows in Cochin.
A full day to explore Cochin - Fort Cohin European monuments and Mattanchery spice market. In the afternoon you can participate in a cookery show. Evening fusion show of Kerala classical and folk dances.
Proceed to Munnar after breakfast. Check in at a tea garden cottage. Visit to spice plantations and tea plantations. We can also enjoy elephant ride.
A full day to explore Munnar. Site seeing and visit to Tea Museum. Overnight stay follows in Munnar.
Check out after breakfast. Proceed to Kumarakom in Vembanad Backwater. Check in at a Backwater home stay. Have a canoe ride or walk through the village. Optional - House boat ride across the lake.
Check out from the house boat and proceed to Varkala. On the way visit to the biggest sacred grove temple in Kerala and a temple dedicated to Universal beingness (parabrahma). Check in at a beach hotel in Varkala.
A full day in Varkala beach. This day is just to relax. An Ayurvedic massage will be arranged in the evening. Overnight stay follows in Varkala.
Early morning proceed to Trivandrum (50km) to visit Trivandrum city. Visit to Sree Padmanabha Temple, Attukal Goddess Temple “biggest women pilgrim centre in the world, Napier museum, observatory (depends on permission) etc. Return to Varkala.
Departure transfer to Cochin.
