The Andaman Islands have a way of making travellers feel as though they have stepped into a different world. Ferries replace highways, islands become destinations within destinations, and every day seems to unfold beside a different shade of blue. For Anmol Manik Singh, the journey was exactly that, a week spent moving between Port Blair, Havelock Island, and Neil Island while experiencing some of the most iconic landscapes in the archipelago.
What made the trip especially enjoyable was how effortlessly everything came together. Inter-island travel in the Andaman involves multiple ferry rides, hotel transfers, sightseeing schedules, and bookings. Yet throughout the seven days, those logistics remained quietly in the background. With the arrangements already taken care of, Anmol was able to focus entirely on exploring the islands and enjoying the experiences waiting at each stop.
The Islands Make Their Introduction

The journey began in Port Blair, where history and natural beauty sit side by side. One of the first experiences was a visit to the Cellular Jail, a place that occupies a significant chapter in India's freedom struggle. Walking through its corridors offered a glimpse into the stories of those imprisoned there, adding depth to the start of the trip. A visit to Corbyn Cove Beach later brought a completely different atmosphere, with swaying coconut palms, calm waters, and a relaxed coastal setting that immediately introduced the slower pace of island life.
From Port Blair, Anmol boarded a cruise to Havelock Island, a journey that felt like the true beginning of the tropical escape. As the mainland faded into the distance, the sea stretched endlessly in every direction. Havelock welcomed him with some of the most famous beaches in the country, including Radhanagar Beach. Often celebrated for its pristine shoreline and spectacular sunsets, the beach lived up to its reputation. The wide stretch of white sand, the rhythmic sound of the waves, and the changing colours of the evening sky created the kind of setting that encourages travellers to pause and take it all in simply.
Looking back, one of the things which Anmol appreciated most was how smoothly the itinerary unfolded from one destination to the next. As he shared:
"Had a great experience with the Thrillophilia team. The itinerary was well planned, and the local coordinators made sure that the itinerary was properly followed and all the sightseeing was properly done. All the tickets and bookings were done by the team, which saved us a lot of time."
That seamless coordination allowed each destination to be enjoyed fully without the interruptions that often come with managing a multi-island itinerary independently.
Where Every Island Felt Different

As the journey continued, the character of the islands began to reveal itself in different ways.
Elephant Beach showcased a side of the Andaman that exists beneath the surface. Reached by boat, the beach is known for its coral reefs and clear waters, making it one of the most popular spots for snorkelling and marine experiences. The turquoise sea and the vibrant underwater ecosystem created a setting that felt entirely different from the beaches visited earlier in the trip.
Another memorable stop came at Kalapathar Beach. Unlike the soft white sands of Radhanagar, Kalapathar is known for the dramatic contrast between dark volcanic rocks and bright blue waters. The shoreline felt quieter and more secluded, offering a different perspective on Havelock's natural beauty.
The journey then continued to Neil Island, where the pace of life seemed even gentler. Bharatpur Beach offered calm waters and colourful coastal scenery, while Laxmanpur Beach presented sweeping views of the sea. One of the most fascinating sights was the Natural Coral Bridge, a remarkable rock formation shaped over centuries by the forces of nature. Standing before it served as a reminder that the Andaman's appeal extends far beyond its beaches.
Every island seemed to have its own identity. Some were known for sunsets, some for coral reefs, and others for unique natural formations. Together, they created a travel experience that remained varied and engaging throughout the week.
Why Anmol recommends Thrillophilia for your next Andaman Tour
As the trip progressed from Port Blair to Havelock and Neil Island, the convenience of having every detail arranged in advance became increasingly valuable. Ferry tickets, hotel bookings, transfers, and sightseeing schedules were coordinated smoothly, allowing Anmol to focus entirely on the experience rather than the logistics.
A key part of that experience was the support provided by Lakshya Suthar, who remained accessible throughout the journey and ensured everything stayed on track. Reflecting on the trip, Anmol shared:
"Lakshya, our tour coordinator, was really helpful, easily reachable and made sure that we had the best experience."
Planned by Aditi Choudhary and supported by Lakshya and the local coordination team, the journey brought together everything that makes Andaman special: historic landmarks, island cruises, coral reefs, and spectacular beaches. With every arrangement already taken care of, Anmol was able to enjoy seven memorable days across the islands while making the most of every destination along the way.
