Saichu Chask Bhatori Trek route leads you through dense forest predominantly comprising of deodar trees. Chask Bhatori is 13 km from Saichu via Chasak. From Saichu to Chasak, you cross verdant surroundings. However, the trail leading you to Chaska Bhatori via Chask village is devoid of any vegetation, the landscape is barren.

From Chask village to Chaska Bhatori, you gradually ascend along the right bank of Chasak nallah, and pass through the Murch village, which is located between two glacier points. The trekking trail from Murch leads you to Chasak Bhatori village along the left bank of Chasak nalla.

Chasak Bhatori is located at an altitude of 12,000 ft. It houses a small Buddhist Gompa. There are nine houses in Bhatori and inhabitants belong to the Bhots tribe.

How to Reach

From Killar till Sach Ghrat, follow the Sansari-Killar-Thirot route upstream Chenab river. There is a mule path till Sach village, which has been connected with a motorable road. This road link is operational till Saichu. You can trek from Sach village to reach Saichu via Hillaur.

The road connectivity in Pangi Valley is the 170 km road link from Chamba to Killar via Saach-pass. This is known as Alwas-­Killar road and it is part of Ahju khara Mukh - Chamba - Tissa - Alwas - Killar road. From Chamba via Tissa Bairagarh and Satrundi, the road is motorable up to Bhatotu and from here to Killar, the road is suitable for jeep ride

The nearest railhead is in Pathankot and the nearest airport is the Gaggal airport.
