Commercially, being the capital and size wise, the largest, Colombo is a proud metropolitan sitting on the west end of Sri Lankan coast. Next to the Town Hall, and the National Museum of Colombo, is the Viharamahadevi Park. It has a large Buddha Statue and is the largest, oldest park of the city, and is considered amongst one of the best things to do in Colombo.
