About the Activity:
Commence on an exciting culinary journey of Goan cuisine with a cookery classes and culinary tour with accomplished chef Rita Shinde! Nestled on teh shores of India, Goa's cuisine is as delicate and eclectic as its people. With this delightful experience, you can not only learn to cook scrumptious recipes that area mix of Indian, Portuguese and Coastal traditions. Explore and discover the true nature of spices and traditions and inclinations on local market tour with the chef herself. You can sample the fresh seafood catches as well the heritage spices. In the cooking class, you can follow the recipes as you will be given step by step directions to follow. The classes will be held in a garden gazebo amidst colourful trees, spice plants, pottery work and beautiful ornamental trees.
