Explore Horton Plains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site with this guided walking tour. The journey begins at approximately 06:00 am as you get picked up from your hotels in Nuwara Eliya and proceed to Horton Plains National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Relish the cedar site perched on the edge of the Central Highlands midway between Nuwara Eliya and Haputale.Keep your eye so you might see a variety of wildlife including endemic Rhino-horned and Hump-nosed Lizards, highland bird species including the Sri Lanka White-eye, Dull-blue Flycatcher, Sri Lanka Bush Warbler, Yellow-eared Bulbul, Bear Monkey, and Sambar.
Enjoy your lunch at the Summer Hill Breeze Hotel. Visit the Tea Plantation and Pedro Tea Factory to learn about tea production and engage with a tea plucking experience. End your trip at around 05.30 pm by getting dropped off to your hotel.
