This guided wine tour of 4 hours, begins with the motive of letting you visit the beautiful vineyards and learn the history of wine cultivation in brief. After strolling through rows of grape-bearing vines, you will witness the entire process of wine-making–crushing of grapes to final labeling and packaging.
On availing of the package, you are eligible to head into the barrel room, where you would witness real oak barrels, where aging of premium wine is done. The wine tasting session takes place in the cellar, where different varieties of wines are served to you for tasting. You would be provided with a delicious lunch which is inclusive of the package and enjoy the views of vineyards under the hills.

If cycling is one of your favourite sports, then a 30km trail around the pristine Nandi Hills towards Melekote through the Devarabetta forest range is perfect for you, even if you are a beginner! If the intimidating heights of the hills scare you, you can still opt for the level 1 cycling trail which starts at the Nandi Hills base and heads towards the Melkote Cross, making it easy for your legs. The Devarabetta forest range nearby has almost zero traffic, which is a relief and is home to quite a few beautiful species of birds. Embark on the Melkote Nandi cycle ride now for an energy packed thrill!
The Melekote Nandi cycling ride starts from the Nandi Hills base goes via Devarabetta Range and ends at Melekote Cross. The roads are predominantly good for the cycling ride, with about 22km of stretch being tarmac and the rest is torn tarmac or gravel road providing you with enough challenges to learn to handle an MTB effectively.
After reaching Melekote Cross, the cyclists will be ferried back in the support vehicle to Nandi Hills base and following that the team will head back to the Sadashivnagar Swimming Pool to return home.
