The package allows you to indulge in 5 days of practice with instruction in English. There are 2 or 3 yoga classes per day to help you rejuvenate your mind, body and soul. Asana and philosophy lessons, Meditation and pranayama sessions will help you make the most of the stay and yoga activity. Daily breakfast, lunch, and dinner are complimentary with the 4 nights package. All meals served are vegetarian.
The stay at the resort is in cottages. There are three types of cottages available at the property. Yoga Retreat, Goa allows you to choose from an economy cottage with common washroom, wooden cottage (sharing) with attached washroom, or private wooden cottage with attached washroom. All the staying options are spacious and comfortable. A stay at this resort will help you calm your mind to the fullest.
