Bhimgad Adventure Camp, approximately 10 km from Belgaum, is located in Bhimgad Wildlife Sanctuary.
Bhimgad Wildlife Sanctuary is ideal to explore the beauty of the western ghats and is popular for the Wroughton’s Free-tailed Bat. In this tour, you can go for a short trek to Jamboti forest to bird watch to be treated to beautiful birds like the Velvet-fronted Nuthatch, Malabar Grey Hornbill, Imperial Pigeon, Emerald Dove or perhaps even the elusive Malabar Trogon.
You can also go tour the Belgaum fort and Vajrapoha falls along with exploring the wildlife sanctuary or go golfing at the Belgaum Golf Course, at extra expense.
The check in time to the camp is 12:30 pm and check out is at 11:00 am the next day.
There are 6 normal cottages with all the amenities at the campsite and the accommodation is on double sharing basis.
