Malana is a beautiful isolated village near Kasol. Like Kasol, it is also famous for its wonderful mountain views and lush green forests. Malana is not a place for everyone. There are no proper hotels and restaurants, and no public transport in Malana. So, the best way to visit here is a jeep safari from Kasol.
About the Activity:
Get pick up from Kasol at 10.00 AM and start your adventurous jeep safari to Malana. The ride would be thrilling as you drive through the mountainous terrain with an experienced driver. The safari would go off-road at certain points on the way. Get amazed by the breathtaking views of the valleys and the silent mountains. Reach Malana by 11.00 AM where you meet a local guide who will take you on an adventurous trekking trail to the top.
The guide is a local resident and knows the place inside out. Trek through the dense forest with your guide and explore the region around. Feel relaxed in the serene environment and breath in the fresh air. As you come tired from the trek, you will be treated with a delicious local style lunch made with love by the locals. The cuisine in Malana is very basic and earthly. You will love it after a tiring trek. After meals, take a ride back to Kasol and end your memorable experience in Kasol at around 4 PM.
