The Morne Brabant is a mountain in the south-west of Mauritius, on the peninsula of the Morne and it is declared as World Heritage Site by UNESCO since July 6, 2008.
Being on a private property, Le Morne Brabant is one of the most preserved and wildest mountains of the island.
Stroll through the wide habitat to a very large variety of endemic and narrow-endemic species, such as the rare Trochetia Boutonania.
The beautiful hike to the summit of Morne Brabant lasts between three and four hours, depending on the pace and homogeneity of the group.
Start hike at 6 AM from the parking in front of Le Paradise Hotel and once you get to the top, marvel at the breathtaking views of the west and south-west lagoons on this picturesque island.
