The campsite lies at a height of 3500 m above the sea level. Lahesh Cave is a 12 km trek from the McLeod Ganj Bus Stop. Lahesh Caves are a beautiful sight that is located in the
state of Himachal Pradesh on the way to Indrahar Pass and are surrounded by
many towering and magnanimous peaks of the Himalayas.
With this camping experience, you will be staying at these
caves which are sometimes used by the shepherds, while engaging in various other
adventurous activities. You can expect a walk of around 4-5 hours per day during the trek. Trek on to the Triund mountains and the snow line going
through the forests of oak, deodar, pine, oak and fir and then onwards to the stunning sight of the snow line. Enjoy staying in the tents under the stars. Admire the beautiful sunrise and spend some peaceful time. See the beautiful Bhagsu Nag Temple as well as a beautiful waterfall on your way down from the caves.
