GANDHI BHAVAN

Gandhi Bhavan is situated on the Kumara Krupa road which was initially started as Gandhi Smaraka Nidhi (GSN) by the then president of India, Rajendra Prasad. The building displays a collection of  Mahatma Gandhi letters and black and white pictures of the Gandhi’s era. 

The place was initiated to spread the philosophies and insights among the people of Bangalore. It is an incredibly serene venue where special programs are organized every year on 2nd October and is also used as a ground for meetings, seminars and sessions inspired by and focusing on the life of Gandhi. 

The life of Gandhi is displayed with pictures from different walks of his life and the synonymous Mahatma Gandhi is idolized by many in the city for his contribution to the state of Karnataka and the country.
