Itinerary

• Day 1 - Udaipur

  Trip Ends Here

  Today, you will be dropped at the Udaipur airport, whereby you can take your flight to Delhi or Mumbai and can continue your onward journey to home. Upon arrival at Udaipur airport, this royal cycling tour of rural Rajasthan will reach its final point today.

• Day 2 - Jodhpur

  Mehrangarh Fort, Bishnoi Village

  With your visit to the Mehrangarh Fort, this astounding tour will embark toady. One of the important landmarks of the city, this fort is an architecture marvel and one of the best places to visit in Jodhpur.  Moti Mahal, Phool Mahal, Sheesh Mahal, Sileh Khana and Daulat Khana, located within the fort will also be visited. You can also visit the Sileh Museum and have a glimpse of the arms, weapons, musical instruments, palanquins and costumes of the royal families.

  Come afternoon, you will be briefed about the mystique terrains of Jodhpur; bicycles and other safety equipments will be provided. Pedalling will begin with your journey to the Bishnoi hamlet. Known as the earliest environmentalists, the Bishnoi villagers are the pious worshippers of the nature. While cycling around this village, you can witness the locales in their most serene dwelling and can have a look on their daily lives.

• Day 3 - Jodhpur to Chandelao

  Village Tour

  Today morning, you can ride to the majestic Chandelao Castle. The ancestral home to the ‘jamindars’ (or landowners), this castle has now been converted to a luxury hotel and is an idle destination to witness the authenticity of Rajasthan’s tradition and hospitality. While pedalling through the village site, you can witness the rustic charm of village life and explore the beauty and tranquillity of the villages.

  The cycling expedition will conclude with the befalling evening; you will be checked-in into one of the luxury hotels in Chandelao. Overnight stay in the hotel.

• Day 4 - Chandelao to Narlai

  17th Century Mansion, Sandy Trails

  Today, after having breakfast, you will be guided towards Narlai hamlet. Some portions of this enchanting journey will be pedalled, while the rest will be covered by a drive through the sandy trails. Whilst on the way to the village, you can feel the aura and essence of the rustic charm of a traditional Rajasthani village.

  Upon arrival at the village, you will be checked-in into Rawla Narlai, one of the spectacular mansions of the 17th century. Rest of the day will be at leisure; overnight stay in Narlai.

• Day 5 - Narlai

  Spectacular Views, Desert Cycling

  Your stay at the Rawla Narlai will be greeted with some of the splendid views of the surrounding. The view of the massive 350 feet granite rock, which is jotted with several caves, temples and is crowned with a captivating statue of a white elephant, will behold all your attention for sure!

  The tranquil countryside of Narlai is one of the idle destinations for cycling. While cycling around these suburbs, you can explore the openness and the charisma of the desert.

• Day 6 - Narlai to Jojawar

   Jojawar Fort

  Today’s cycling will take you towards Jojawar; driving will comprise a portion of this journey. Located amidst the Aravalli Hills, the Jojawar Fort is one of the garrison forts of the Marwar royal families. The authentic charm and appeal of Jojawar makes it a perfect getaway to experience the vibes of a traditional Rajasthani village.

• Day 7 - Jojawar

  Rabari Village, Camel Herding,  Local Train Journey

  The suburbs of Jojawar boast of their scenic landscapes, enchanting views of the Aravalli Hills, rugged terrains and their pristine ambience. Today, a loop ride will take you through all these destinations. A ride to the Rabari Village will offer a glimpse of how these villagers are associated with camel herding and how devoted they are towards the ship of the deserts; you can also ride to their homesteads and experience their lives closely.

  To add more liveliness to this tour, a local train journey will be arranged. This country train ride wil take you to the Kambli Ghat Pass. While on this train ride, you can witness the bucolic aspects of the people’s lives and an interaction with them will get you acquainted with their daily lives.

  By the evening, you will be guided back to the hotel in Jojawar; overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 8 - Jojawar to Kumbhalgarh

  Kumbhalgarh Fort, Cycling Ends

  Today’s cycling will take you to the stunning lands of Kumbhalgarh. Cosseted among thirteen spectacular peaks of the Aravalli range, Kumbhalgarh Fort is one of the not-to-miss places to visit in Kumbhalgarh. Built in 15th century, this fort boasts of its 36 km impounding boundary walls, bastions, and lofty watch towers.

  With the exploration of this spectacular fortress, the cycling tour for the day will come to an end; however fun, thrill and excitement will be continued as you will be transferred to the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

• Day 9 - Kumbhalgarh to Udaipur

  Udaipur Sightseeing Tour, City Palace

  Today, you will be driven to Udaipur, the ‘white city’ or the ‘city of lakes’. Being one of the metropolitan cities of Rajasthan, the flow of traffic might increase on approaching the city. The sudden gush in the traffic flow will be avoided by dismounting the cycles; you will be driven to the hotel.

  Known as one of the most romantic cities in the world, Udaipur animates the royalty and the adorableness of Rajasthan in the best ways. Your stay in this city will be embraced with some of the popular tourist destinations, alluring lakes, enchanting forts and palace, and the list continues; a sightseeing tour of the city will be arranged in the afternoon. City Palace, Sahelio-ki-Bari and Jagdish Temple will the major sites within this tour.
