Itinerary

• Day 1 - Dehradun Airport/Haridwar Railway Station – Uttarkashi (200 km – 5 hours by road)

  Arrival in Uttarkashi, Temple Visit

  Your arrival at Dehradun Airport or the Haridwar Railway Station will be followed by a drive to Uttarkashi. Upon arrival in Uttarkashi, you will be checked into the hotel. Come evening, you can visit the Vishwanath and Shakti Temple. While the Vishwanath Temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva, Shakti Temple is dedicated to Goddess Parvati. Dinner and overnight stay will be arranged in the hotel.

• Day 2 - Uttarkashi – Nachiketa Tal – Uttarkashi (22 km – 45 minutes by road + 3 km trek)

  Lake View, Trekking

  After having breakfast in the hotel, you will be driven to Chaurangikhal followed by a mild trek to Nachiketa Tal, one of the pictorial lakes in Uttarkashi. The trekking will encompass passing through the dense and picturesque forests. Upon arrival in Nachiketa, packed lunch will be served and the rest of the day will be at leisure. With the befalling dusk, you will be driven back to Uttarkashi; overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

• Day 3 - Uttarkashi – Harsil – Uttarkashi (70 km each side)

  Harsil Sightseeing

  Upon having breakfast in the hotel, a pleasant drive along the banks of the Bhagirathi River will take you to Harsil village. One of the rustic hamlets of Uttarakhand, this village is an undulated and pristine destination that is often visited by tourists seeking revival and rejuvenation of mind and soul.   Moderate temperature and the site of the lush greeneries make this village a peaceful retreat from the hectic city-life. In addition to exploring Harsil’s bountiful beauty, one can also go for bird watching, adventure activities or can delve into practising yoga on the banks of the Bhagirathi River.

  By evening, you will be driven back to Uttarkashi; dinner and overnight stay in Uttarkashi.

• Day 4 - Uttarkashi – Dehradun/Haridwar

  End of the Tour

  Today, with your breakfast in the hotel, this tranquil and auspicious tour will come to an end; you will be dropped at the Dehradun Airport/Haridwar Railway Station.
