What are the timings?

The timing followed in the Bangla boxing stadium is from 9.00 am to 11.30 pm. It is operated only during Mondays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Apart from the show, they also provide Muay Thai training on separate timing for martial arts lovers.
The visitors are requested to plan their visit at least one day prior to the show and get comfortable seating. Since there are limited seats available on limited days in a week, it will get filled easily at the start of the week.
Please note that the Bangla boxing stadium and Muay Thai show remains closed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday.

Do I have to carry any ID proof while going to the stadium?

Yes, indeed. You have to carry a valid ID proof while going to the boxing stadium. Since all the bookings are held online rather than walk-in, the management has made it mandatory to bring an ID proof. Due to verification purpose, all the visitors are asked to display their original or photocopy ID proof while entering the stadium. For children, they don’t need to bring any ID proof.
After successfully booking the tickets, you will receive a confirmation mail within 24 hours. You need to bring it at the entrance and show it to the security staff to get the entry pass.

What can I expect?

One can expect some dangerous side-kicks and lightening speed moves in Bangla boxing stadium.
As we know, Muay Tai is a traditional martial art of Thailand, trained and practiced by professional fighters. Throughout the training, they have attained speed, endurance, and fighting spirit, which can’t be easily seen in other sports.
One can witness each participant’s unique set of skills and techniques while fighting the opponent. Similarly, there will be roaring sound from the corners when the people’s favourite player walks in.

What types of seat are there?

There are three different seating options available for visitors.
•         Stadium seat: A seat with a distance from the ring.
•         Ringside seat: A seat right around the sides of the ring.
•         V.I.P. seat: A seat with the best view of the ring.
If you’re getting a ringside seat or V.I.P. seat, you can get a brand-new Thai boxing t-shirt. To get the best view, you can go for a V.I.P. seat and enjoy the show from the front row. For children aged between 4 and 12 years, will be charged as per child fare. And for those who are aged above 12 years, they will be charged as per the adult fare.

What are the other inclusions?

Entry Fees – Once you’ve booked the tickets, you will be getting a confirmation mail from the stadium authority. You need to take that confirmation details to the security at the entrance and get a free entry pass. Since the entry fee is included in the overall package, you don’t need to pay it additionally.
Thai boxing t-shirt – For visitors who have booked the ringside seat or the V.I.P. seat, they will be receiving a chic Thai boxing t-shirt. You can get the correct size and enjoy wearing it.
Apart from the above, there is a transfer facility provided on request. The transfer service operates as per pre-assigned and route only. An extra charge is levied if the hotel does not come under the given pickup and drop locations.

Are there any extra charges?

No. There is no extra amount being charged on the visitors. Other than the ticket price, no other money is charged.
For ringside seats and V.I.P. seats, they provide free Thai boxing t-shirt. It is free of cost. No additional charges are taken.

Can I change my seat after booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change your seat after booking. But it is subjected to seat availability.
For instance, if you’ve booked a stadium seat initially, and now want to change your seat to ringside or V.I.P. seat, you can do it by informing the staff and paying an additional amount as per the actual seat cost.
Don’t forget to get the free Thai boxing t-shirts, if you’re changing your seat to a ringside or a V.I.P. seat.

Can I watch on another day if I miss the show?

Accepted Answer

No. You are not allowed to watch on another day if you missed the show on the scheduled date. As per the rules prescribed in Bangla Boxing Stadium and Muay Thai show, no alternative shows are allowed to tourists at any cost.
If you’ve missed the show on the given date, you need to book the tickets once again and see the best fighters rivalling each other on another day.

How can I cancel my booking?

Accepted Answer

If you want to cancel the booking, you need to inform the stadium authorities at least 7 days in advance and ask them to cancel your seats. As per the cancellation policy, the visitor can get a 100% refundable amount if he cancels the ticket before 7 days of the show date. In case if he cancels within 7 days of the show date, you will not get any refund from the Thai boxing stadium. If there is no show performed on the given date, there will be no refund provided to the tourists.

Can I give my ticket to someone else in my family/friends?

Accepted Answer

No. You cannot give your ticket to someone from your family members or friends. Once you’ve booked the tickets on your name, it will be registered in their system automatically. So, while coming to the show, you need to display your ID proof, which is done for verification purpose.
When it comes to Bangla Boxing Stadium and Muay Thai training, the management and authorities give first preference to safety and security. Nobody is allowed inside without a proper ticket and a valid ID proof. If anybody is found trespassing, he will be facing the necessary consequences.
