A kitchen space that has necessary equipment like a fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove with oven, pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery are all provided; not forgetting mixer, chapatti roller and pressure cook, firm essentials for Indian cooking. The living room is equipped with sofas, coffee table, television, book library, board games, and magazines are also available. The well-lit dining room has an 8-seater hand-carved Portuguese-style table and a garden with sun loungers & art mural depicting traditional Goan life and also has a barbecue facility.
