There are very few things that you choose to do because you believe in them from the bottom of your heart. That is exactly what I did when I chose to reject all hot shot jobs and chased my dream of making Thrillophilia, my entrepreneurial venture, a great success!

What defines my passion – is it making money or adventure sports or ????

It is building sustaining organizations, those which have a soul, core beliefs and add value to everyone in the system. At Thrillophilia, success is determined by the smiling faces of not only its happy customers but also of its ever-energized team :)

My major in Strategy and Leadership at the Indian School of Business (ISB), helped me think beyond the limits and take Thrillophilia ahead with a much wider vision. By graduation, I am an IT engineer, by post -graduation I am an MBA but by choice I am a business entrepreneur, which is my biggest qualification.

'Value Creation' is what I believe in. I love to create things which solve problems or make existing things simple and dress them with toppings of humour. Either ways value is created.Following the rat race I landed up doing my engineering from IIT Varanasi in Chemical Engineering where I learnt how to make bombs and explosives. However that seemed to be misaligned with my concept of 'value creation'.Being a solecist and failing to understand the difference between 'a' & 'the' I still wanted to create value and solve problems or create problems and solve them. After all you solve problems in both.
While working for Cisco on innovation projects I got addicted to Social media, SEO, innovation, product development and the addiction became so much that I co-founded Thrillophilia in 2009. A management grad from Manipal University drives the entire Bangalore operations. Being associated with Thrillophilia for more than 2 years now, he has managed more than 100 corporate programmes and also takes care of their training needs

A passionate for adventure whose interest didn't stop him from earning a Grade 'A' certificate from Nehru Institute of Mountaineering, Uttarkashi. He is an engineer by qualification and adventurer by choice. Being a member of organizing committee, he has been to various Himalayan expeditions. Also he owns a certified pranic psychotherapist from MCKS institute and has conducted various High Altitude Fitness programs. He has been in adventure field for last 10 years and hence become an important part of core adventure team. Has completed his PADI OWD course.

A management grad has been with Thrillophilia for 6 months now and has been involved in Brand Building & Promotions and Event management for Thrillophilia. He has liking for travelling to new places and meeting new people. He has also been a key player in managing the Corporate Outings.

Another certified trainer from GETHNA also takes care of our adventure needs. His experience of more than 9 years in this field brings him to the core adventure team of Thrillophilia. Both the brothers have handled more than 100 corporate and private outings throughout the south.

A certified trainer from GETHNA is a part of the core adventure team for Thrillophilia. He has been in adventure for last 7 years and is associated with Thrillophilia from last one year. Being an expert in terrestrial activities, he has been on trips with us through the entire down south. He has also served Club Mahindra for 4 years.
