Booking Policy

To book an Adventure Trip or Eco Trip .You can pay online or do net transfer to our account. Also cheque and DD are acceptable. We have also accept  remittance in 13 currencies. Click here to check it .
Payment Policy
Payments need to be made ideally 50% of the amount for confirmation and balance 50% minimum 5 weeks before your date of booking.
Payments can be made by any one method:

Journey Cancellations - Requests for cancellation of confirmed bookings must be made in writing and addressed to your travel agent and will be subject to the following cancellation fees applied per person, per journey:

• More than 65 days prior to departure – Transaction bank charges
• 65 - 50 days prior to departure - 20% of journey price or Rs500, whichever is greater
• 49 - 15 days prior to departure - 35% of journey price or Rs500, whichever is greater
• Within 15 days prior to departure - 50% of journey price or Rs500, whichever is greater

As adventure sport is always associated with some risk we strongly recommend taking out travel insurance at time of deposit to cover insurable risks.
