We are very excited to announce that our flagship smart messaging system has gone live this week. The complete product is in house built without any external tool or plugin. It’s a very unique messaging system and first in the world build in this space. The messaging system will help us in increased conversions as well as having great customer delight.
The key features of this are –
  1. Suppliers and users can chat directly.
  2. If supplier is offline, messages will route via SMS, this means it works in offline mode too.
  3.  Suppliers can group message to all the participants, send updates on things to carry, delays, any imp information etc.
  4. Suppliers can send offers to customers of their products.
  5. Thrillophilia customer experience officers can jump in any conversation once they get automated smart alerts like supplier not responding, conversion drop or on travel customer issues.
  6. Customers can also directly chat with Thrillophilia channels which are grouped as general enquiries, booking issues and on trip support.
  7. If a supplier is not responding or customer is not happy the system automatically connects it to another supplier who provides similar service.
