The northern city of Harbin, China conducts the International Ice and Snow Festival every year which is one of four biggest ice and snow festivals, along with the famous ones in Sapporo, Norway and Quebec. It was established in 1985 and is held annually from January 5 and lasts for over one month.
Each year attracts an amazing crowd to witness the massive snow and ice sculptures. This year was the 31st festival which kicked off this week and it asusual brought up a new world of ice and snow.
