Neighboring to Anamalai Sanctuary, Parambikulam Sanctuary is set between two ranges of Karimalagopuram (1,440m) and Sholayar. If you pass through the vales, then vales are affected by the south-west monsoon. Better if you traverse during the monsoons. Monsoons are cool. Day 1: Cochin to Parambikulam
Reach to the sanctuary Parambikulam sanctuary which is adjacent to Anamalai Sanctuary. Trail through semi evergreen woodlands and valleys. Evening can be spent in the activities like safari, dusk ride and bamboo rafting through Prambikulam Lake.
Day 2: Indira Gandhi Wildlife Sanctuary:
Second day of your trip is occupied for exploring IGWS. Spot migrant birds and rare avian in the woods.
Day 3: Drive to back to Cochin
Third and last day of your tour will take you back to Cochin. Take your further journey from Cochin.
