Jaisalmer lies on the border of India-Pakistan in the heart of Thar Desert. This city cannot boast of very high quality facilities but its battered past manages to perplex its onlookers.

Jaisalmer covers an area of 126.27 sq km. Most of the People here are either Hindus or Muslims. The main languages spoken here are Marwari, Hindi and English.

There are many monuments here due to which Jaisalmer qualifies as a tourist place. The jain temples and havelis exhibit the grandeur of the kings who ruled here. The mighty Jaisalmer fort stands as a testimony to the battles won here. When you look at Jaisalmer it appears as a painting, like a scene out of Arabian Nights. The stone houses spread at distances in the middle on the muddy terrain make for a great capture. Jaisalmer Desert Safari is one of the major tourist attraction here.

Day 01:

You start your day with a camel safari which commences after breakfast in the hotel. You stop at Badabagh for the breakfast and proceed to Ramkunda. After having lunch at Ramakunda you go to Roopsi village from where you go to Luderwa. Here you have your dinner and stay overnight.

Day 02:

You have your breakfast here after which you will proceed to Amarsagar. From here you return to Jaisalmer and have lunch at a restaurant on a fixed menu basis.
