Coorg or Kodagu (originally called Kodaimalenadu) means 'dense forest on steep hill'. It is 252 kms from Bangalore and 1525 m above sea level. It is full of misty hills, lush forest, acres and acres of tea and coffee plantation, orange groves, undulating streets. Coorg is on the Western Ghats.
Coorg is an ideal place for outdoor activities, food and shopping, angling, trekking, golf, white water rafting, and fairs and festivals.

The prominent peaks in Coorg are Kote Betta, Pushpagiri, Nishani Motte, Tumbe Male, Tadiyandamol (1750 m), Soma Male and Brahmagiri. Trekking to Tadiyandamol, the highest peak of Coorg is an amazing experience especially because of the beauty of the trekking trail and natural scenes around.

About the Campsite & Activities:

The campsite is situated amidst coffee plantations. The location is beautiful for camping. Close to the campsite is a stream and a waterfall. Waterfall rappelling is a fun activity to get involved into. Trekking to Tadiyandamol and river crossing are other fun activities possible at Coorg.

Day 01:

Drive in the night from Bangalore (270 Kms) and reach the camp site by morning for Breakfast. After Breakfast, we will travel towards the waterfall through the beautiful coffee estates of Coorg. We spend some time near the waterfall in water.

After Lunch, we go for waterfall rappelling, which is done from a height of 120 ft and is the only place in Coorg and in fact in Karnataka where waterfall rappelling is done. By late evening, we come back to the campsite to spend time chatting and dancing with the camp fire followed by dinner. Barbeque can also be arranged at the campsite.

Day 02:

On this day after an early Breakfast, we start our journey to the highest peak of Coorg “Tadiyandamol”. After trekking, we return to the camp site for lunch. Post Lunch, we will depart back to Bangalore to reach by late evening.

Team games can be conducted by corporate trainers to foster team bonding if desired.
